Krystalyz News is an AI-powered RSS reader that allows users to subscribe to publicly available RSS feeds and receive AI-generated summaries, highlights, insights, and related content ("AI Content"). We do not host or own third-party feed content. We provide user-directed aggregation and machine-generated summaries.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws; and

You have the legal right to access and subscribe to the RSS feed;
The feed is publicly available or you have authorization to access it; and
Adding the feed does not violate any contractual obligations or applicable laws.
We are not responsible for the legality of content in user-added feeds, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content. We may remove or block feeds at any time.
5. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
The Service aggregates publicly available content from third-party publishers. We do not own this content, control its accuracy, or endorse opinions expressed in it. All trademarks, content, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice or cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
