You choose who gets to speak
New accounts start with a curated set of general-interest outlets. From there it is your stream: search the catalog by name, add a source by URL, remove anything you have stopped reading. We present what those sources publish in sequence, without promoting or suppressing anything.
The only "algorithm" appears in the digest — a small selection of stories chosen on recency, urgency, and how many people a story affects.
One story, not twenty copies
When a dozen outlets cover the same event, Krystalyz collects that coverage into one story entry and tells you which outlet took which angle. Instead of wading through thirty articles about three events, you read three stories — each linking out to every outlet you follow.
Grouped feeds get shorter as you read, instead of refilling with duplicates.
De-bait it
Consider the headline "Nobody expected the stock to move like this — then this fund came calling." What company? Which fund? Krystalyz rewords headlines so you know what happened without clicking to find out.

Distill the highlights
Three times a day — morning, midday, evening — Krystalyz publishes a digest of the biggest stories from the last few hours. Urgency, recency, how many people are affected, and how widely a story was covered decide what makes the cut.
Each edition opens with a single paragraph rounding up the top five to seven stories, then lists them in full, each with a summary and links to every source.
